Grounds for death:
We will not accept missiles as valid retals.
We will not accept GS,BR or AB attacks as valid retals.
Harmful spy ops such as (but not limited to) CD, SR, Bombing, Bio, Diffusing missiles will be considered an act of war.

Retals must be taken: in a 24 hour time frame

If a country in DR grabs a country trying to take advantage of a 1:1 policy then the alliance will pay at the minimum 200% in retals on other countries not in DRs
