All LCN Heads are authorised to deal with minor FA matters should no other FAs be online. Pacts with LCN are only valid if you have received positive confirmation from one of the above FA contacts, VPs, or President. All pacts with LCN expire at the end of a reset, unless the timing is specified in the pact. LCN reserves the right to refuse discussions on any matter taken to ECT or any other public board.
