Land Trade Pact:

Open/Closed List:




3 days DNH excluding retals to create the open list.

A country may be added to the open list with at least 48 hours notice.

A country may be removed from the open list with at least 48 hours notice.

All open list changes occur on the first midnight gametime to occur after 48 hours from notification (e.g. if someone wants to be added on May 3 at 4:13 PM, then he will be added on May 6 0:00AM)



Open List:



Attacking:



Countries may not grab countries with more than 125% their land and networth (e.g. 20k grabbing 25k is fine, 20k grabbing 25,001 is not)

This also goes downwards.( A 20k country grabbing 15k is fine, but 14999 is not) 2m NW can hit a 2.5m NW country and a 1.5m country and anywhere between that, but not higher or lower.

A country may not hit more than once every 24 hours.



Defending:



Countries with more than 40k land after pending retals will automatically be put on DNH.

Members should not be trying to avoid retals by buying copious amounts of defense, if you do try to avoid retals, you open yourself up to having extended retalling windows, and an increased Land% retalled from you. - If this happens we will deal with it on a case by case basis. If total defense (in military units) pre hit is increased by >200% FA contact will be made.

A country may not be grabbed more than once within 48 hrs.



Retaling:



If there are mixed SS and PS retals, the final retal may not be a PS.

If mixed retals occur with the final retal being a PS and more than 100% L:L regained, as a result, then the final hit will be retalled 1:1.

Countries may not be put into DRs by their own alliance.

If a country is owed retals and has been put into DRs by their alliance then the owed retals may be taken from any country in the tag.

If during a retal land gained is close to 80% (without ghost acres) FA contact will be made.

During a retal if land gained(including ghost acres) is 80% or more, no more retals are authorized.

If during a retal land gained is over 80% but the ghost acres do not bring the retal to 100% another retal will automatically be issued.

During a Land:Land retal, if a Defense Held is made on the first hit there is to be no further attempts made.

1:1 cross-country retals.

Only countries listed on the "Open" list are authorized to make retals.



Closed List:



No attempts shall be made to hit a country listed as "closed"

1:1 on defense helds and 2:1 on special attacks

150% L:L alliance-wide retals

200% L:L alliance-wide retals for grabs on countries with more than 150% of the attacker's land and/or networth.

1:1 esc. on DHs and 2:1 esc. on Special Attacks/Harmful Spyops

Fresh hits in excess of the amount prescribed above will be retalled 200% L:L, alliance wide.



Pact Terms:



Alliances are responsible for detagged members for 48 hours from detagging. All retal windows are 48 hours.

All numbers, percentages, and counts are absoute, absolute meaning 80% is exactly 80%.

In the event of either party entering a war all grabs will stop.

Any hits that occur after either alliance enters war will be paid for in reps.

Either alliance have the option after week 5 to cancel the grabbing clauses and have a full uNAP at 200% L:L alliance wide retals (48hr notice will be given, so as to update databases).

So after week 5 reps may be chosen for full lost production as per the following policy:

-Damages are to be repaid in the form of bushels and cash only.

-This clause only applies in cases where defending countries exceed 13,000 acres prior to the attack(s).

-Formulas for repaying lost production from acres destroyed/not recovered (losses on recovered acres are cost of recovery, rebuilding, full stockpiling rate from the time of attack until the land was able to be recovered and buildings reconstructed)

-For non-recovered acres, stockpiling is assumed to continue until 96 hours left in the round:

-Cashers: 175% Bus/Res Tech, and 87% Military tech. Cash all turns. All land lost are assumed to be enterprises/residential built in 1:1 ratios, so if 2k acres are lost from 20k acres then the production must be replaced for 18k acre production +1k each ent/res. Multiply each day remaining in the set by 78 turns, using current market price for bushel rate. Use a set in stone military for each country, say:

  • 200k spies, 200k troops, 1mil turrets, 200k tanks. So basically: 175% bus/res tech, 300 CS, 87% Military tech, 200k spies/troops/tanks 1mil turrets, all turns cashed, 40 dollar bushel price, Stocking until 26th or 27th.


-Farmers: 216% Agri tech, 87% Military tech, same Military #'s, 150% Bus/Res tech, cash all turns. Bushel price is current market price.

-Techers: Tech all turns, 165% bus/res tech, 85% Military tech,TPT is 1/4 of Total Land - 300. Decreasing Tech value, starting at 2.5k the First week of 2nd month, 2250 2nd, 2k 3rd, and 1500 for the last week of the set. Bushel price at current market value, and military same as above.
